Lizzie Brown is above all a connector of people, she values relationships and is most in her happy place when introducing likeminded people with like causes or interests. This is why it's no surprise that she got her start in fashion and lifestyle public relations in 2005, shortly after graduating cum laude from University of Florida with a BS in public relations and double concentration in events management and business marketing.

She is credited with launching two successful boutique PR agencies (her first at 23YO survived a thrived through the recession of '08)  and managing the launch of well known fitness apparel brands such as Lorna Jane, Carbon38 and Fabletics.

In 2018 after starting a successful side hustle with her husband and business partner Joaquín, she decided to take on the chief executive role of their startup and go all in. Yoga Wake Up, a product of their collective love, sweat and tears has since had 350K downloads to date and has been recognized numerous times by Apple in Best Health & Fitness Apps and New Apps We Love.

In her free time or lack there of since co-founding a tech startup, Lizzie is usually out dancing to house music, cooking up something exotic or working out. Funny as it sounds, there is nothing Lizzie likes more than being busy and surrounded by others.
