REFUND AGREEMENT

We offer payment plans to help you spread the cost of the event over a longer period of time. If you need to cancel your participation in the event for any reason before your payments are complete, you forfeit payments you've made up until that point.

Once all payments are complete, you are eligible for a 50% refund of your payment(s), up to April 28th, 2026.

Any cancellations made AFTER April 28th, 2026 are not eligible for any refund.
