LEARN FROM NATHANIA STAMBOULI
Founder of Yogi Flight School and creator of the Yogi Flight Method®, trusted by over 90,000 yoga ninjas who've collectively unlocked more than 124,000 arm balances and inversions they were sure were impossible.
You've watched other people float into Crow like it's nothing…and after many failed attempts, you say "fuck it" and move on.
Because when your knees keep slipping off your arms, you tip forward and land on your face, you hold it for a second only to fall out of it again immediately, your arms are bruised and sore, they're shaking, and you're wobbly...
It's really easy to get discouraged.
Or maybe you've got Crow, but One-Legged Crow might as well be on the moon.
Every time you gather up the resolve to try it again from your solid crow pose, you start to lift a knee off the back of your arm, your other knee slips, and the whole thing collapses to the floor like a sack of potatoes. What the actual F*CK!?
Either way, you've reached the same conclusion:
Something isn't clicking.
You're obviously missing strength somewhere.
And the quiet voice you're hoping your soul never hears? Maybe I'm not cut out for this.
But since you're not a quitter...
You keep doing what every Instagram influencer and local yoga teacher tells you to: build more core strength, and to keep practicing - it will eventually come.
I hate to say it but "keep practicing, it will eventually come" is some of the laziest advice ever.
Because "keep practicing" isn't going to help if you aren't sure WHAT you're practicing... or that the things you're practicing are the actual things YOU need to get to the next step in the pose.
Because every body is different. And what's holding YOU back from flying may not be what's holding the person next to you back.
And you deserve to know what's missing for YOU.
Because every class where you show up, the teacher calls out the arm balance and you look around confused... chips away at your confidence a little more.
You see other people do it - so why is it so hard for you?
You use every ounce of strength you have just to hop in and float the pose for a micro-second...
And then your feet tap back to the ground.
Why can't I HOLD it? you think.
And the worst part? the longer you keep trying to muscle into the poses, the more you train your body to do it wrong.
You might think that you're getting closer...
But you're actually reinforcing the pattern and actions that are keeping you from achieving it.
This is what I want to help you fix.
The cold hard truth is:
There's nothing wrong with YOU,
but there is something wrong with the approach you're likely using.
Because arm balances are about mechanics and physics.
And if you don't understand the physics that makes the pose fly, or how to work with gravity to balance... you stay grounded.
There are so many sneaky things about the mechanics that you've probably never even considered...
→ That your palm lock stops you from falling
→ That your gaze controls your flight
→ How the relationship between your base and your center of gravity defines whether you fly or crumble
→ How the placement of your knees on your arm(s) defines your stability
→ How to find your personal balance point is, and WHY it changes in different poses.
→ Which muscle groups need to be engaged for the pose to happen (it's not your core!)
Get those right and your body does what it was always capable of, often the very same day.
Get them wrong and the strongest, bendiest person in the room still faceplants.
That's the whole reason you're stuck.
Not because your body can't...
But because you've been given cues, not mechanics.
In this live 2-hour workshop, I'll show you EXACTLY what to do.
We start with crow, because it's symmetrical and compact, making it the smartest place to feel the mechanics clearly.
Then we take those same mechanics into Funky One-Legged Crow, One Legged-Crow, and more.
Wherever you're stuck with these poses, you'll leave knowing exactly what to do to fly the pose confidently, repeatedly.
The best part: you won't be doing it alone.
You'll be on the Zoom call with me (Nathania) and my full team of Yogi Flight Method® certified coaches.
You'll have an opportunity to get live coaching from them on-screen, which is exactly how the students in my program unlock poses they're working on in just one class.
To make this the easiest yes you'll make all week, I'm putting all the risk on me.
...but before we get into that...
Here's a SNEAK PEAK into the Masterclass!
When we get together live on Zoom...
We'll work together through a targeted, strategic warmup that prepares your body for the specific mechanics required to get into and hold these poses.
Then I'll break down a pose, showing you exactly where to put what body part, how to place it, explain the balance, and everything else you need but have never had detailed to you so clearly before. (You're welcome 😉)
After that, we'll separate into breakout rooms where you will have an opportunity practice a pose on-screen with a Yogi Flight Method® coach and get feedback in real time.
And then the next pose, and next breakout session, and the next, and so on...
Here are the poses you will learn:
Crow Pose
→ Make crow feel light instead of like you're holding up a boulder
→ Where & how to place your knees so they stop sliding down your arms and stay put without pain
→ How to hold it longer than a micro second without faceplanting or tipping back to your feet
Funky One-Legged Crow
→ The secret elbow spot that increases stability instantly
→ How your feet actually contribute to being able to hold the pose
→ The balancing point that's not where you expect it to be
One-Legged Crow
→ How to finally extend your leg without crumbling to the floor.
→ The sneaky entry that makes this way easier than it looks
→ How to counter-balance the weight of your leg and where to send your gaze to help hold balance
Chaturanga Jumpback
→ How to jump back into Chaturanga without slamming into the floor or pushing off your arms
→ The tiny lift that happens before the jump, which almost everyone skips
→ The secret sound that makes it possible even for beginners!
You'll get coaching in real time:
One well-placed piece of coaching in the moment is the difference between "I couldn't" and "wait, I just did!!"
This is a live, actionable step-by-step practice-along masterclass with coaching - not a webinar!
