PS: We know it can feel nerve-wracking to allow other people to see you in your learning process. This is part of the magic of the transformation of this program. When you allow yourself to be seen and receive support, and you allow other humans to support you, you engage in a very powerful GIVE and TAKE with the community. Allowing folks to help you is a GIFT, and you showing up with your imperfections is a GIFT to someone else who might also be struggling with being seen.
