8. REMEMBER TO BREATHE!

Breathing plays a crucial role in arm balances and inversions.

 

So many of us FORGET TO BREATHE in our arm balances! We get upside down and the *poof* forget the thing we need to do to stay alive!

 

Breathing supports us to maintain composure, focus, and stability in our arm balances and inversions, so we need to remember to BREATHE!

 

As a plus, deep, steady breaths help to oxygenate the muscles, preventing fatigue as we fly our poses!
