One day in one of my first yoga classes, the lady next to me, without a drop of sweat on her, floated (seemingly effortlessly) from Downward Facing Dog into a Scorpion Handstand 😱

My jaw quite literally FELL off my face in awe and pure respect…and if I’m honest, also in frustration and bewilderment.

How could a full blown NORMAL adult slide into THE most difficult handstand so effortlessly?
I was in a state of child-like wonder…
Or let's be honest... a tantrum 🤣
From that point on, I set my eyes on nailing that specific pose, which set me on a long and transformational journey.
Fast Forward to 5 years later...
(yes, I know, it took forever, and that's why I'm here writing this now)
YEP! That’s me.
Over the course of a LONG 5 years, I learned to do the exact same thing:
To effortlessly pop into the badass poses I dreamed of!
It was AMAZEBALLS!!
The first time I nailed that Scorpion was one of the BEST moments of my life. No joke.

Fair question.
While I’d love for this story to be all rainbows and unicorns 🦄 by skipping the middle and NOT telling you the one part that really needs to be told…
I’d be doing you a disservice.
There’s something way more important behind this journey, and it's the ONE thing that had been holding me back (and perhaps you) from finally landing my dream handstands and arm balances.

But the effect it has in completely ANCHORING you down so you make no progress is exactly the same for everyone.

I don’t have gravity panic…
I have a GOOD reason that I can't arm balance.
My ass is LITERALLY too big.
My arms are ACTUALLY too weak.
How can you do arm balances if you can't touch your toes??"
To which I give you the truth:
Anyone can fly inversions and arm balances, even if you’re 75, have suffered injuries, have coordination issues, think you’re too heavy, your wrists are “weak”... or insert ANY other “excuse.”
(How can I claim this? BECAUSE I SEE & CREATE PROOF OF IT EVERY DAY!)



There is irrefutable proof!
These are normal people, just like you.
If they can do it, so can you!
The only difference between them and you, is they recognized that the stories in their heads are just stories - not FACTS.
And they decided to take on their Gravity Panic and their limiting beliefs and prove to themselves that literally ANYTHING is possible.
There is no real reason you can’t arm balance and invert.
Any thought in your mind saying otherwise is a limiting belief your mind makes up to keep you in your comfort zone (Gravity Panic in disguise!)
