What's Included in the retreat?

Accommodation & Meals

• 6 nights accommodation in a private or shared room with en-suite bathroom
• Daily breakfast, lunch*, and dinner at the resort or nearby restaurants

(*One lunch is intentionally left open so you can explore Sedona at your own pace.)

Yoga & Training Experience

• Daily morning Vinyasa classes
• Evening yoga and myofascial release sessions (2–3 evenings)
• Workshops and hands-on training in yoga business, cueing, sequencing, and adjustments
• 50 Continuing Education hours with Yoga Alliance upon completion
