Yogi Flight School is a fun, rapidly growing female owned company offering an online program dedicated to helping aspiring yoga ninjas nail their arm balances and inversions so they can flow into any pose with ease — basically, we help people learn how to stand on their hands, heads and elbows while changing their beliefs about what they can and cannot do.
The Behind-The-Scenes Billing, Admin & Marketing Ninja will join our dynamic and hilarious virtual team of 5.
Together, we empower thousands of people to trust and believe in themselves enough to learn to defy gravity and break through the limiting beliefs and stories that keep them small.
We aren’t just a yoga tricks school. We teach people to change the patterns that are holding them back from living with the courage, authenticity, openness and abundance they deserve, and to believe on a cellular level that they can create ANYTHING they want in their life.

We are hiring a Behind-The-Scenes Billing, Admin & Marketing Ninja who will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Manage the collection of failed payments and follow up with customers whose membership or payment plan payments are outstanding.
- Communicate with customers about their billing needs: issue invoices/receipts upon request, cancel memberships upon request
- Run monthly reports on membership retention and payment plan attrition
- Collect and organize Yogi Flight School testimonials that come in from various places (email, social media, TrustPilot and from our own Facebook Group), to be used on our website, in marketing efforts, etc.
- Update website pages periodically with fresh testimonials and make suggestions on improvements to our testimonial collection and showcasing process
- Collect information for, design and deploy monthly NEWSLETTERS, emailed to our customer base and wider community
- Design any relevant graphics for newsletters or website pages as needed in Canva
- Write and schedule weekly BLOG POSTS (working alongside the marketing team) to increase the value we share with our community and encourage community members to join Yogi Flight School and our other programs
- Assist in any and all necessary back-end tasks like updating website pages, creating and cataloguing processes for anything new we do at the company
- Verify student progress inside the program and issue Certificates of Completion when customers qualify.

Ideal applicant will have experience in the following softwares. Not required, but a great plus.
- Kajabi
- Go High Level/CourseCreator360
- Canva
- FacebookÂ
- Monday.com
- Google Drive

We are looking for someone who is:
- Attentive to detail
- Self motivated
- An excellent written communicator
- Timely with email
- A Problem solver: not afraid to ask questions, but you also just figure things out.
- Efficient and resourceful: if you don’t know, you look it up quickly or you ask, but you don't stay stuck.
- Of the belief that everything is figureoutable
- The bearer of a good sense of humor! We like to joke around - work need not be too serious!
- A yoga practitionerÂ
- An arm balancing yogi, or wanting to be one (an extra plus)
This position represents approximately 30 hours/week and is open to US-based and non-US based applicants.
This is a remote position - you can be anywhere in the world!
