HIRING A CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS NINJA

Yogi Flight School is a fun, rapidly growing female owned company offering an online program dedicated to helping aspiring yoga ninjas nail their arm balances and inversions so they can flow into any pose with ease — basically, we help people learn how to stand on their hands, heads and elbows while changing their beliefs about what they can and cannot do.
The Client Communications Ninja will join our dynamic and hilarious virtual team of 5.
Together, we empower thousands of people to trust and believe in themselves enough to learn to defy gravity and break through the limiting beliefs and stories that keep them small.
We aren’t just a yoga tricks school. We teach people to change the patterns that are holding them back from living with the courage, authenticity, openness and abundance they deserve, and to believe on a cellular level that they can create ANYTHING they want in their life.

We are hiring a Client Communications Ninja who will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Answer customer service and client emails with loving support and spectacular service
- Offer light coaching on videos clients send in by email
- Chat with prospective YFS members on ManyChat (you will be trained) to lead them through our DM sales mechanism. Answer questions and be generally an amazing person to talk to.
- Welcome all new YFS members into the program by sending them a personal message on IG
- Fill out a daily metrics tracker to keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Follow up with new YFS members to check in on their progress
- Provide tips & feedback in the DMs
- Respond to Facebook Messenger questions that come in from existing and prospective clients
- Assist Social Media manager in answering comments in our Instagram feed
- Review and approve Scholarship Applications for the program
- Contribute ideas and use your voice!
YOU ARE:
- OBSESSED with providing an amazing customer experience. You get off on hearing how amazing you were and how grateful someone was for the help you gave them.
- IN LOVE with your phone and/or laptop. Being connected to technology doesn’t just not bother you, it gives you liiiiiiife!
- Able to switch gears and tasks on a dime. It doesn’t take you 30 minutes to adjust to a new task.
- Super comfortable navigating most social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram)
- An EXCELLENT written communicator. Your personality shines through your written word, and when you send an email, you pat yourself on the back because DAMN, that was a good email.
- EXTREMELY attentive to detail. Spreadsheets are your spirit animal.
- IN LOVE with cheering people on, lifting them up and making them feel AMAZING after interacting with you.
YOU ALSO ARE:
- A YFS obsessed NINJA!
- A 200 hour RYT (preferred, not required)
- You’ve been through the course AT LEAST once. You don’t necessarily master all the poses, but you’ve at least tried them all and received coaching on them all.
- An active member of the community (you are in the Facebook group and you truly GET why the YFS community is one of a kind, and you are EXCITED to see it grow)
- A Problem solver: not afraid to ask questions, but you also just figure things out.
- Efficient and resourceful: if you don’t know, you look it up quickly or you ask, but you don't stay stuck.
- Of the belief that everything is figureoutable
- The bearer of a good sense of humor! We like to joke around - work need not be too serious!
The exact working hours are flexible (we can work around your life schedule) but requires you to be available for 30-40 hours/week, working remotely. Some work may need to be done on the weekends.
You must be available to overlap some working hours with Nathania in the USA (depending on where you are, this may require you to work earlier or later in the day)
