Account & App Access
How do I log in to the Yogi Flight School app?
Use the email and password associated with your Yogi Flight School account.
If you experience issues logging in, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issue continues, contact support with a screenshot.
Why can’t I download videos for offline viewing in the app?
Downloads may fail if the video resolution is too high.
To fix this:
- Open the Profile tab
- Select Download Quality
- Change the resolution from 1080p to 720p or 360p
If problems persist, contact support.
Course Access
How do I start my Yogi Flight School course after enrolling?
After purchasing a course, check your email for the welcome message with login instructions.
You can also log in directly to your account and begin in the Start Here section of the course library.
I purchased a course but cannot find it in my account. Where is it?
Courses appear inside your Course Library.
If you have multiple courses, your new course may appear on a second page of your library.
Where can I find the suggested training schedule?
The suggested training schedule is located in the Start Here: Navigating the Course section of the program.
Certificates
How do I request a certificate of completion?
You can request a certificate by filling out the Certificate of Completion Form located in the Start Here section of your course.
What do I need to complete to receive my certificate?
For the Arm Balance and Inversion course you must:
- be enrolled for at least 8 weeks
- complete 60% of the course
- finish all required payments
Once these requirements are met you can submit the certificate request form.
Billing & Payments
How do I update my credit card or payment information?
Log in through the desktop portal, go to the Billing section, and update your payment method.
Can I pay off my payment plan early?
Yes. Contact support and they can send an invoice for your remaining balance.
Can I change the billing date for my membership?
No. Membership payments are charged automatically on the same date you originally signed up.
Why did I receive another missed payment email after updating my card?
Updating your card does not automatically retry the failed payment.
Contact support so the team can manually process the payment again.

Do you offer in-person classes?
In-person opportunities vary throughout the year.
